Publishing Ethics

Global Scientific Research Publisher requests all members involved in the journal publishing process to adhere to the Core Practices on publication ethics as stipulated by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Global Scientific Research Publisher strictly adheres to the COPE’s Ethical Oversight Policy and monitors the entire publication process in accordance with the guidelines and best practices, which include Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing, and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals from the International Committee of Medical Journals Editors (ICMJE) and the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association (OASPA), and World Association of Medical Editors (WAME). The publisher treats all personal information of the author as private and undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties unless required by law or for the necessary purposes of the publication process. Global Science Research is committed to monitoring the procedures and conduct of authors, editors and reviewers and ensuring that there are no conflicts of interest for all participants and that the publication process is fair and objective.

The publisher's journal editors take all possible misconduct seriously. If research work may involve academic dishonesty, research misconduct, or publication fraud, editors, authors, or readers may raise concerns with the publisher. Concerns or complaints submitted to the publisher on possible allegations will be dealt with promptly and appropriately according to the procedure set out in the COPE flowchart on complaints. Global Scientific Research Publisher has a zero-tolerance policy for any academic misconduct and ethical violations in research and publishing, regardless of the severity of the issues. Infringements include plagiarism, falsification of research, falsification of data, passing someone else's manuscript as your own, submitting the same manuscript to different publication venues simultaneously, and infringement of intellectual property rights. If misconduct and ethical violations are suspected, a team will be established to investigate the allegations. If the allegations are supported by evidence, the relevant manuscript submitted will be rejected from consideration by the journal and all authors will be informed of this decision. If the paper has been published, a retraction will need to be initiated by the author or the journal, and the retraction will be made public. Authors of relevant works will receive the panel's decision by email and all appeals related to this decision must be made to the publisher by email to Journals.gsr@gmail.com within 30 days of the decision date.
